Class begins at 2:00pm sharp. We encourage everyone to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get situated and comfortable. There will be a 40 to 50 minute presentation after which everyone will have a chance to ask any and all questions they may have. Class will finish between 3:30pm and 4:00pm depending on questions and class size.
Expecting mothers are encouraged to bring a snack, and a cushion if desired.
Class size is limited to 8 couples or a total of individuals and couples totaling 20 participants.
