Class begins at 2:00pm sharp. We encourage everyone to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get situated and comfortable. There will be a 40 to 50 minute presentation after which everyone will have a chance to ask any and all questions they may have. Class will finish between 4:00pm and 4:30pm depending on questions and class size.
Expecting mothers are encouraged to bring a snack, and a cushion if desired.
